Olympia Snowe (R-ME), IFA President & CEO Steve Caldeira, and representatives of the Small Business Administration. “For the past few months, the [IFA] has been lobbying Congress to examine whether new regulations have harmed small-business lending. “If we could eliminate some of the regulatory hurdles, there would be more capital to lend,” Caldeira said.
